Renovated a Gutted Double that had flooded in 3 months.
Work included, refinish hardwood floors, mold remidation,
reparing headers and studs from termite damage, sheetrock,
plumbing,
painting, moulding, installed 2 walk in tile showers
and completed 2 kitchens and baths. Both sides are now
rented.
